GENERAL RULES EFOOTBALL.CZ
1. SMART ASSIST
2. RESULTS
3. INACTIVITY
4. CONNECTION
5. COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING
Text only: Arrange matches exclusively via chat text. Voice messages or calls don't count as proof for an admin.
First contact (48h) (mostly for the Swiss format): Both players must contact each other within 48 hours of the round starting. Whoever doesn't message risks a forfeit.
Reply within 12h: You must reply to your opponent's message within 12 hours at the latest. Ignoring it = forfeit.
If you can't, propose another time: Just saying "I can't" isn't enough. You must immediately offer a counter-proposal. Whoever only declines without offering anything loses by forfeit.
Time availability: Everyone must offer at least 2 different days a week with a 2–3 hour window. You can't say "I only have one hour free the whole week".
An agreed time is sacred: You wait a maximum of 15 minutes for a match. Cancelling or rescheduling an agreed time is only possible up to 2 hours in advance, otherwise it's a forfeit.
If you can't connect (0:0): If both of you are actively messaging but genuinely miss each other due to work shifts, it's a mutual 0:0 forfeit with no penalty points. (Screenshots must be provided).
Can't work it out? Send the admin chat screenshots no later than the round deadline.
6. SWISS
Only one match will ever be open at a time, with three days available to arrange it. If you fail to agree on a time, the official match time is 22:00 CET on the last possible day, with a 15-minute tolerance.
Since in the Swiss system the next day's schedule can only be created once the previous day is finished, match postponements will not be allowed. You have 3 days available, which is enough time to play the match. Please plan around your own availability. The only possible delay is pushing the match back a few hours past the standard time on the third day.
And in every case, both the opponent and the organizers (staff) must agree to any change.
If no agreement is reached, the forfeit win goes to the player who is present at the standard time set by the organizers. However, the organizers reserve the right to assess how much effort both sides made to organize the match, and decide accordingly. So please be fair and always try to accommodate your opponent as much as possible. To claim a forfeit win, a player must create a lobby and take a screenshot of the empty room with the current time visible.
If two players agree on a time and one of them doesn't show up or fails to announce their unavailability at least 2 hours before the match starts, after the 15-minute tolerance from the agreed time has passed, the match will be awarded to the player who is online. The organizers will of course require proof of the prior agreement.
